Please note: Delivery orders must be placed at least 3 working days prior to your event date so it can be dispatched on time (2 working days prior to your event date).
For example, if your event is on a Saturday, your order must be placed by Tuesday at 8pm.
For WEEKDAY DAY EVENTS or RURAL addresses, orders must be placed 4 working days prior to your event date so so it can be dispatched on time (3 working days prior to your event date to account for extended delivery timeframes & delivery times).
For example, if your event is during the day on Friday, your order must be placed by Monday at 8pm so it can be dispatched on time (3 working days prior to your event date).
If you choose to place a rural delivery order or a day event order only three working days prior, your garment will be posted two working days before your event at your own risk. In these cases, we are not responsible for courier delays, and no refunds or store credits will be issued for late arrivals.
